Samuel Kiongera is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya admitted to the bar in 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi with a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Associate in Nyiha, Mukoma & Co.Advocates.

He has attended and completed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) professional course (Strathmore University, 2010).He is a Certified Public Secretary(CPS) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya. In 2016 he attended a Commercial Litigation Training by National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and lawyers from the law firm Jones Day, an international law firm.

Samuel has special expertise in Civil and Criminal litigation. He has previously worked as a research assistant at Strathmore Law School and also worked as the Legal Officer of the Archdiocese of Nairobi
