James has special expertise in alternative dispute resolution, the creation of securities and their realization. He is also involved in mergers and acquisitions, amalgamation and winding up of companies, loan recovery and drafting of commercial and conveyancing documents. He regularly handles commercial litigation cases, arbitration, and mediation in construction disputes.
On a part-time basis, he serves as adjunct Faculty at Strathmore Business School, where he teaches “the Art of Negotiation” and “The Art of Persuasion”.
He is the Chief Prosecutor for the Law Society of Kenya at the Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal.
